Hi, Walking briskly - about forty mins. but there is a bus stop and tube station right across the road. It takes about ten mins. on the tube to Marble Arch, longer on the bus or by car, depending on traffic but approximately 20 mins. Hope this helps.

Hi there, there are no rooms on the ground floor but there is elevator access available from the ground floor which would enable her to reach a first floor room without needing to use the stairs.
